Yeah. And why can’t shoulders knees and gloves be interchangeable? And where is the no visor option? And dont get me started about the lack of fur.

What exactly would those do? As far as I know none of the various armor actually has any affects upon our gameplay experience. It all seems to be useless.
They would add a level of customzation further than most other halo games… but nawww no customization in halo infinite for you…

They’re just for appearance.
They might be criticizing you for buying the cat ears attachment.
It would be good if they made it possible to have attachments equipped on the left, right, top and visor of the helmet.

I’ve been playing halo since CE. I’m just curious as to what the various armors do. If I were to purchase an armor variant how exactly would it help me?

They don’t have any effect on gameplay, aside from possibly making you stand out more or less.
It’s only there for those who don’t want to look like every other player.

It doesn’t NEED to help you, choosing your armor color doesn’t HELP you, it’s just one of those QOL improvements that makes people happy.
If you wanna say 343i should focus on other things first, that’s fine and reasonable.
But there’s nothing wrong with a suggestion that would make some players happy (myself included) with, as it currently stands, no real discernable drawbacks.

Sales for different armor cores, paints and some attachments, they want us to buy cosmetics in the store
I think I know what you mean but Halo has always had one attachment. Halo Reach as example Mark 6 had a helmet visor cover top of the helmet and a camera on the side which all counted as one attachment. Where in Infinite those two pieces are now separate from one another as their own attachments instead of both as one attachment. Which could be a bummer for the folks that liked the dual pieces as one attachment.
In theory they could have had side left, side right, top, and faceplate. But who knows how much coding would take for that. It might have been something that got cut but who knows.
You know full well what they do from the several Infinite threads you’ve asked this in, let alone all of the ones you’ve actually stated what they do.
