What is the point of joining a spartan company if I can see what players are in game/online other than by coming on waypoint?
I may be wrong because I haven’t sought it out, but is there no way to see people in your spartan company in game? Please tell me if there is.
You have to manually add them to your friends list.
No there isn’t , 343 said they are working on it.
Not that i know of, unless your spartan company makes it a point to have squad leaders and if your in such and such squad you have to friend that gamer and that way you know when he is online. Only way i have seen to even tell if someone is in a company is go to the carnage report and click on each player and look under their name.

Yeah hopefully they add the feature where when you press X for friends in lobbies you can press RB to see spartan company.
It’s a UI issue along with the other 900 UI issues. If they fix it (or when) that would be great. If they don’t then oh well, we played this long without it.

I guess that’s true.
Hey Adam is Superb, add InherentlyBad and I to your friends list. Right now we are kind of serving as the hubs.
The even harder chore is getting our Spartan Company members to check Waypoint for play dates etc. It’s a pretty convenient communication tool if people would use it.

I will do that later, unfortunately I can’t add friends through the xbox.com feature, some glitch.
