When I got to halo reach Service where it’s shows my character it doesn’t
343i has stopped pretty much everything regarding Halo: Reach on Waypoint aside from stat tracking.
This was happening to me a couple of days ago too, I couldn’t see my character on the service record screen, the armory screen or in the post game carnage report but I restarted the game and it fixed the issue.
If you mean the error message that appeared earlier today, that seems to have been fixed.
If you mean your character hasn’t updated, the infrastructure no longer exists to support it, so only certain things will update now.
I’m unable to see my in-game character in the Armory or Player section on Reach
EDIT: Relaunched game and it worked
After March 1st 2018 the halo reach stats will no longer be updated due to them Yoinking! down.
There have been countless issues with the Xbox 360 servers which are controlled by Microsoft. Aside from restarting the game, which might help, there’s really nothing that can be done. Just make the issue known on the forums and hope that someone will see it and attempt to fix the issues.

Was going to say ive had this problem then i restarted everything now its wokring fine!
