I completed the campaign on heroic and have not revived my helmet help?

I think you need to do it on a 360 xbox console.

You would possibly need to use the Xbox 360 Waypoint app. Though im not sure if it works anymore.

Or OP gould just try loading/opening waypoint app on Xbox 360 and see if it works.
