Why can i not play Halo 4?

I’ve been paying halo 4 for a couple of weeks, i was really enjoying it but now whenever i try to play online it says i cannot connect to the halo 4 server. Other gamertags on my xbox can connect and play online without any problems. What happened? It was working perfectly on sunday but now I cant even look up my stats on waypoint. according to halowaypoint.com i have never played halo 4. I dont know what’s wrong but i would like some answers.
Did i get banned? if so why and when

im dealing with the same thing and its really starting to tick me off now and my dew xp also wont work… i just saved up to 36 matches and went to log into my account and it wont work then i try playing halo 4 and that wont work eather saying servers are not available then bringing me back down to sr1… whyyyyyyyyy it cant be a banning cuz iv bin playing fair and havent bin cheating in any way i no of
