Why can I not join Halo Reach matchmaking

I may sound like a broken record here, but for weeks I have not been able to join Reach matchmaking. I can still play customs with friends and what not, but when ever I am sitting at the menu, my character model appears as the default model, at the first rank, with the default emblem. I can not view my fileshare, or my service record from the Reach menus.

However, when I view my spartan model in the armoury, everything is as it should be, the correct armour, rank, colours and emblem. I would really like to play Reach online, but I simply can’t, and any help would be appreciated.

I have no idea how to contact a 343 official, so if anyone can help me do that, if that is what I must do to solve my problem, they would be of great help.

I am not sure how or why you’re experiencing this problem but here is BS Angel’s info.You can try a PM to her. You can also try @halowaypoint on twitter they are pretty helpful as well.
