How did I end in bronz 1 with 7 wins?

Personal performance is weighed heavy during placement matches. It seems you were pair with other Bronze players during your matches.

You were probably facing opponent that were ranked gold and higher

That seems like a really bad way to rank people.
“Oh, so you were against Plat players while qualifying? We’ll just rank you as Platinum then.”
Your KD is a .3 id be really surprised if you were put in gold.
Its ok if you suck, i suck too.
And beating higher levels ranks you up faster. I remember the good old halo 3 days where people would rank new tags to level 50 within 10 games because they would have their friends paly on their level 50’s so the new tag would rank up faster for beating high levels.
It’s ok to be bad I am but if I get like top 2 from 4 And 6 wins in a row and get bronz 1 it’s stupid. 
I use to be a level 50 in halo 3 and now i suck really bad , how do you think i feel.

Its not stupid though. If you are getting these wins over other bronze players you are right where you need to be. If you got placed in gold or plat you would get destroyed. Now you can gradually get better.
I also ranked bronze1 with 7 wins from 10 (including 3 x 1st places). I think the ranking is too heavily weighted towards kd ratio (I averaged 1.16). My lowest score was 0.20 - in a CTF game that I had 2 flag captures - one kill 5 deaths. I was concentrating on the game objectives, not kd ratio.

I get 6 wins in a row and than I get lv6 dat can’t do the objectivs

I just viewed my game history… Swat History… And my first game of Swat was 12/17/15, lasted 4:23 minutes…

I’m sorry, I didn’t fully understand… I assumed that you were talking about Team Arena? and you’ve levelled up to Bronze6 already, after 6 wins? From reading other posts, initial ranking takes a lot of things in to account, whereas afterwards it’s just win/loss ratio - you seem to be well on your way if I understand you correctly.

From my understanding it takes into account the people you played against too. So you might have played against lower tier players this time around and thats why you placed lower.
I won my first 6 out of 7. then I lost 2 out of the last 3 and I was placed in Gold IV. two of the games last night the lag was so bad I thought I was just going to lose connection, but it got the full games in.
I dont think playing with a full team is really necessary for the placement matches, because it does take into account your personal stats. Playing with a full team after is the only way you’re going to rank up. Being gold IV I doubt I’ll be able to find a full team often so I’m going to accept the fact that I’m gold until next season. Now that I think I know whats going on I’ll just take the placement games more serious and see what happens (pushing my KD and stats and not really worrying about whos on my team and the win).

/sigh. This was explained in the patch notes. FFA and SWAT had major issues where people were ranked in Onyx when really they should have been ranked lower. It seems that their fix worked.
Factors considered include: win/loss, individual performance and, the one that people seem to forget, the skill of your opponents. Doing well against Bronze players will not count for anywhere near as much as doing well against Diamond players.
I’m making an assumption here, and you know what they say about those… but it seems that the pre-season was ranking people too high, especially in swat and FFA which was specifically addressed by 343. But it also just seemed to be doing so in general.
They seem to have dialed that back. Its better to get placed a little low then have to climb up, than to get placed too high and get wrecked for the whole season right? Considering you can’t drop down a tier once you reach it.
