Hello! I returned back to Halo 5 for the H3 playlist and I quited out from 2 games and both my friend and I got banned for 10 minutes. Now, while I think it’s fair to ban people for leaving ranked matches, I don’t see why you ban people for leaving social? Many of my teammates left games and almost immediately the game found new players for us. I think that you should disable the banhammer for social playlists exaclty like you’ve done for Warzone.
Not really, you abandon your team, you get a ban, & the last time I remember you can get banned on Warzone as well

^This + what would stop you from joining and quitting 24/7? Nothing pissed me off more when I was playing Halo44 BTB ( a social listing), and you would lose 3+ players because they got salty about losing a little or not capturing enough flags in CTF. People who quit more than 2X in a row should be banned for a brief period. The only acceptable reason to do so in my opinion is if it is super laggy.
Have you quit other games in recent times? I don’t think two games would be enough for a 10 minute ban.
I don’t really like the quit ban in Social either. Maybe they could make it so you couldn’t play until the game you quit has ended.
I agree that it should not be in the social but you are still leaving teammates behind. This is really a discussion for the ban thread, here The Fist of the Ban Thread
I also find it pretty dumb that people get banned in none ranked games.
You had four pretty recent quits between arena and warzone… And quitting social still ruins the game for others so yeah I think players should earn bans even in social. I don’t understand why it’s so hard for some to finish games. The banhammer is very soft I have quit games here and there and never received a ban.
