Halo has always been about niches.
You have the intense MLG group.
You have the forging community.
The vehicular people.
Machinima directors
BTB warriors
Sniping Communities
The HLG group
And many others that I cant think of at the moment.
To add another community would be those who specialize in assassinations. Let me explain.
Like in Mortal Combat, you could perform assassinations on people depending on what button combo you would press. It was a great way to end a kill, and was honestly spectacular.
It would be great if 343i could add this as well as having assassinations unique to the weapon the assassin is holding.
For example, if I have the sniper, and I assassinate someone, If i held A and B together, I would turn the person around, and snipe their… Point- Blank range. However, the trade off would be that I would USE one sniper bullet. SO you cant just assassinate for no reason.
Also, you could have a toggle on the settings screen to turn assassinations off.
You could also earn assassinations. For example if you beat Level ____on legendary, you get get _____ Assassination.
Again, this could spawn an entire new community, and would be great for almost anything like Machinima movies!! Think of the possibilities.
