In reach many of the abilities were flawed but 343 has stated that they have learned lessons from reach so perhaps they will work better this time

or armor lock?
Killstreak is fake, rest assured.
And I for once also think armor abilities could work, not like they were in Reach but new and improved ones for Halo 4, since the idea was not bad, only the execution.

I hated jet pack & armor lock more then anything in the past Halos.
