Why Aren't There Any DLC Specific Playlists?

I’ve got every single achievement except for four (Infect three people on an Anniversary map, and the three new Defiant achievements), and I can’t seem to get a defiant map ANYWHERE except for in Infection, but that’s because people are trying to get the Infection specific achievements.

Why, 343, remove the map pack specific playlist? I can’t get the Armor lock achievement or the 1 flag one anymore and not only can I not get these achievements, I can’t play the maps I purchased!

I hope in the next update, 343 adds DLC specific playlists, like in Halo 3…

So thoughts?

Well they are adding a DLC only/required playlist.

When Premium Battle was removed, threads about its disappearance slowly began cropping up. We adjusted the Matchmaking algorithm to match players who have DLC with other players who have DLC more often, but we noticed many players saying they still weren’t getting enough DLC to satisfy their map-related cravings. So we’re bringing a premium list back in the form of 6v6 DLC Slayer. This list is being introduced on a probationary status due to the low population previously experienced in Premium Battle. We will be keeping a very close eye on its numbers, so if you want it to stick around, you’d best play it. Consider this your first warning.

The bulletin I linked has some Infection info as well.

Sounds good, hope more of these playlists will pop up, or go the Halo 3 route where some playlists are restricted to DLC only (Like how SWAT was DLC required, and some other ranked playlists)

I would love if Breakpoint got its own invasion playlist. Or DLC Infection. Returning Flagstravaganza to Matchmaking would be my first priority though
