Why is seemingly everyone trying to get achilles if the end result is that everyone will have it? One of the rarest armors is going to be the most common. It just doesn’t make any sense to me.
I highly doubt the armor will ever be common, since the requirements require a lot of grinding even if you have a lot of people.
“recon” People want what they don’t have, even more so if it looks unique and cool.

To be honest, I don’t think it looks that great. The armor does look pretty good, but the helmet just doesn’t appeal to me.

Achilles is quite the achievement and some people are goal-oriented. Sure, there are those who just want to flaunt it. I say, why not? You earned it.

Are you guys still all concerned that Speedy is gonna kick you right before you get it? If he does, feel free to bring all your buds to apply for the Dank Engine. I’d say we’ll have it in a little more than a month.

You may not farm but I’ve seen plenty of videos, screenshots, and forum posts that say otherwise about Whiskey farming.
It gives people something to work toward. It sets a distant goal that I hope to one day have the time to achieve.

I don’t know about that… Lots of other companies seem to be at the forefront.
I’m not worried about getting the armor as I’m sure it will be awhile before I ever see it, but you do get req packs and XP for completing the commendations during the process.

Not saying you’re the only company that farms, far from, but there’s still been plenty of player who were caught farming from Whiskey.
Because to some (including myself) it’s the best looking armor in the game. My company got the armor just a couple weeks ago, currently working on the helmet.
This was the same problem with Hellioskrill. It was rare, mythic. Not a lot of people had it and now everyone can get it
Just my thoughts, but by the time a spartan company gets the full Achilles, it will have developed such a bad rep for the farming that occurs, that anyone who sees it will not be impressed, but instead see a farmer.
Not saying all companies farm, but the few always affect the many. In this case, it is how the armor is perceived.

agreed, hell after one of your members came on the forums about a week ago crying how ppl give him a bad rap on xbox for farming swearing he doesnt i played against him an 6 other whiskey members just the other day, not one person attempted to even go inside the our home base. they had three scorpions shooting into the base, 4 snipers perched sniping as 2 banshess doing aerial maneuvers, and everyone else just B Ring us.
attempt for the core was not even made. so to save your company from anymore embarrassment being known as liars stop saying yall dont farm… you might not and maybe a handful might not but as a whole you definantly do.
