Why are we getting banned for no reason?

Quick question if anyone is having this issue online playing Team Slayer in Arena. The past few nights when on a fire team the game stops through, kicks us out of the game and says “Your fire team has changed.” And then when you attempt to get back into the Arena the “Banhammer” screen comes up and we’re banned for 10-15 minutes. Haven’t betrayed anyone, haven’t committed any suicides and just got booted by the system. Then it counts as lost matches and matches quit and we end losing our ranking. Pretty obnoxious. Any help would be appreciated.
