The Pilot mentions finding Condors. However, it was an experimental unit created by the Spirit of Fire in Halo Wars 2, away from the UNSC.
Could this mean the Spirit of Fire found their way home? Because Isabel, the AI in Halo wars 2, is a logistics AI. Not a military AI. So, she should she know how to builds a military vehicle?

The basic Condor model (The D81-LRT) was actually designed for use by the UNSC. What you are thinking of is the G81 Condor, the heavy gunship variant fielded by the Spirit of Fire. Isabel didn’t make an entirely new aircraft, she converted an existing bird into a new role.
Brohammer is most likely talking about some post-War variant of the original Condor.
