If you’ve ever picked up the gun you obviously know what I mean
I haven’t been able to play the game since near release. Would you mind stating what the differences are?
You can charge the campaign one a lot longer and the projectiles seem to travel faster too
To balance it for multiplayer. The campaign version was obviously OP if they changed it for MP.
Alot of the guns are different from MP to ‘story’ play.
try the boltshot - slow in SP or Campaign but fast as crap in MP.
I know they SAID the Storm rifle is also different in campaign from MP too.

This has been done in multiplayer for several games over the years; certain weapons scaled down to balance them.
Balanced for multiplayer’s sake.
- Railgun charge times are different
- Accuracy and bullet spread on the MP Mantis is significantly worse than campaign
- Grav hammer in campaign seems to have a ton more hits available in it compared to the MP version
There’s other stuff too I can’t remember at this point in time, but those are some of the more obvious ones.
The campaign Railgun is a lot more fun, but also a lot more powerful. You can charge it, and then choose when to release it. In MP, you are forced to release it when it’s fully charged.
The Scattershot also changed.
