They haven’t been working for weeks? What’s the issue here and why is it not fixed? I’ve tried the hard reset and the other things recommended by xbox live support. Even if it works doing the reset, I don’t normally get a full match of req use. Can someone at either xbox live or 343 fix this issue? Muchly appreciated, sorry if I seem annoyed, but I pay for this, and it would be nice if it worked. or… just don’t have them.
It is annoying. If your profile loads correctly, wait a couple of minutes in the main menu and then go to your req collection. The req’s will load, but take a couple of minutes. Your req’s will be available in game, if they are available before you go into WZ.
I’m having them cut out during the game, but more often than not, they don’t let me use them. Even if they load, I still can’t use them during the game. Other times I won’t be able to use them in the start, but then halfway through they are working. Is there a better place to discuss the issue? Or a better place to voice my concern? The xbox live support tech sent me here. And pointed me to advice you had given(Matador Inc), but I’m still at a very low rate of success to play a warzone game and use reqs.
Yep annoying indeed. I gave up on firefight which i love to go and play some campaign for awhile. Every three or four days my reqs work and i can squeeze in a couple of games and open up the packs i’ve earned but mostly it just doesn’t work for me either…makes it hard to get through 5 rounds with a magnum and an AR 
If it says the req service is unavailable then just wait till right before the game starts then it should start working again. Otherwise I have not been not getting any permenant issues with the req service.
