This is just my opinion:
I think its because the ordinance drops had so many explosive weapons they would just happen to die in the battle
To be honest i hate ordinance drops its unfair Blue team player 1 gets an incineration canon Red team cant even prevent them from getting that(well they can but its unlikely) In past Halos every player had an equal opportunity to get that same weapon, this game hands power weapons out like its candy
I personally would like to have betrayals back. To me, that’s part of halo.
I believe it’s because there was problem betraying for weapons in past Halo Games but then now weapons don’t spawn of the map so kind of defeats the purpose.
Because it would get annoying and team sizes would deplete because of the people getting booted for betrayal.

That, and trolls who think it’s fun to betray their team. I’m happy it’s gone in slayer.

Yeah I’m glad it’s gone to but it just seems weird to not have it.
It’s still there. I can’t count how many times some jerk will grab a ghost or warthog and run over the entire team. Or plasma pistol a friendly Mantis because someone else took it first.
