Look Guys, I have no Idea what the big problem is, but I sometimes see a thread every now and again about how people are losing their faith within Halo 4 and 343i itself! but all I can ask Is why?
I mean… open your eyes for once
Graphics = Amazing
The Score/Music = EPIC!
Storyline = Going to be IMPOSSIBLY MIND BLOWING it’s Halo for god sake
But all your doing is complaining about breaking canon, Muliplayer problems and other things… we haven’t even got the game yet and your complaining, shame on you! give them a chance all right!
everyone losing faith needs to look at the truth, if you were a proper Halo fan, you wouldn’t lose faith, you would believe in that company to do the best they can and accept that it’s being created by amazing people, who are working and creating an amazing game which is for your personal entertainment and the love for the saga.
All I can say is stop complaining and just think about what you’re saying… every complaint they get is a kick in the head saying “Hey, I don’t like, change it!” but 343i here is my message to you
You Keep Going, you’re doing an amazing job creating Halo 4 and I and many other True Halo fans will be playing it for ages!
Everything is looking and sounding epic and great and I wish the very best for everyone who works there and good luck!

I’m confident Halo 4 will be great. 343i has the best and brightest there, and they aren’t tired at all of Halo unlike Bungie.
Because they think if it has Sprint/AA’s it’s automatically Reach 2. People are close-minded and only want the exact same -Yoink- they’ve gotten in previous games. I say let it evolve. Spartans are supposed to be hyper-athletic super soldiers. Let them be just that.
You can’t blame people for being scared. Halo Reach was the worst Halo to date in many people’s eyes, and are naturally scared of what is to come.
I am cautiously optimistic, I think it will be a good game but am cautious about some of the features are making me nervous (Bloom on DMR, Jetpack)
People are naturally scared, and those who are beyond optimistic are no more correct or incorrect than those who are hating on 343.
Thank you. I have great faith in 343i, and have good reason. It’s like they said themselves; Bungie felt that they could mix up the timeline all they wanted because they created it, but with 343, everything is set for them, they just have to expand on what exists. And I believe that they’ll do an amazing job. I agree completely, The score sounds amazing and the story will surely match up. I personally REALLY like the sound of spartan ops from what I’ve heard and the multiplayer sounds fine to me too. I don’t see what the fuss is about. Give 343 a break. If Bungie had changed the grunts, or taken the story in a new direction, you’d have all supported it, but because you haven’t seen what 343 can do yet, you don’t trust them. I think you should.

Exactly! If people want the same thing over and over again every 2 years then guess what? We will become the thing we all try to avoid becoming, and that is CoD.
Reach was an abysmal failure.
Anything that seems like Reach in Halo 4 is likely to discourage said people from buying it.
I’m relatively confident with 343 and am so far pleased with what they are doing. Halo currently seems to be a pretty faithful Halo game.
Don’t worry. The people you see complaining are maybe 1% of the fans, most of whom are perfectly fine with most of what’s been revealed. The 1% are the people who feel the need to “rescue” Halo from mediocrity, and have it in their minds that we don’t know what we like and they have to enlighten us. I honestly don’t care if the grenades explode .5 seconds later, or if the BR shoots 4 bullets instead of 3; this game is gonna be awesome, and if the complainers don’t get it, than good for us, that’s one more thing 343 will be fixing; noobs and trolls in MP.

Do you realize that Reach is considered by the majority of fans to be the best Halo yet? Much better than Halo 3, aka Halo 2.1 ( not that it wasn’t a good game, but compared to Reach? No contest)

That’s Very True, The Same Game Every Year Makes It Boring, 343i is trying new and ambitious things and their doing it very well with it and I think it looks great and many people will agree
Plese tell me you’re not serious. Reach was a phenominal game. Sure, it was different from the usual Halo games, but so was Halo: wars and people accept that as a game in it’s own rights. Why can’t reach break a few boundries? No one said Reach was going to be true to the halo trilogy. Infact, if it hadn’t said “HALO:” then you’d have all thought it was amazing!
You can’t blame people, When we gave bungie the benfit of doubt when they were constructing halo: reach we all let change slide until we saw the out-come.
So you have to understand that people don’t really like seeing drastic changes going on after playing halo reach.

THIS
Simply put, because it’s way too different from what they expected.
After the Reach title update, the community expected 343i to be our b***, but out of the blue they began announcing questionable features (some of which go against what Halo once was). I truly understand their panic, and I am also a little bit disappointed that even starts are no longer a thing, but I trust 343i to make a near perfect Halo game and to retain the Halo feel that me and many others didn’t get from Reach (with the exception of LNoS, IMO). Aside from that (like you said) the story and campaign sound very promising, the graphics are mind-blowing-ly amazing and the moment to moment gameplay seems spot on. People need to give 343i the faith they deserve. Yes, multiplayer seems to be heading in a mainstream direction, but it’s still going to be fun, still going to be awesome and still going to be HALO (at least more so than Reach) and aside from that, all these features are configurable in custom games, which means that if people hate them as much as they do now, 343i would probably create numerous playlists with more classic variants in their monthly playlist updates. It may not be the Halo 4 you wanted right away, but there is a great chance it will be a few months after release. Because aside from some questionable topics, the game looks perfect.
The new design style 343 is taking is really bad. That’s all I have to say.

You can’t compare halo wars two halo reach, They are to totally different games. One is a Rts and the other is a fps. I also would like to formally disagree with you, In my own opinion halo reach is a awful game and the players on monthly certainly proves it if you compare it to any past halo games that are fps related.
Why are we losing faith heres why. (Lost Faith/Respect in my Case)
No elites
No Firefight
No 1-50
No Equal Starts
No Ranked Playlists
Bloom
Perks
They say halo is changing, then they copy the features of CoD, which means no change. Then say that you have to play the game to find out, they offer no Beta. Then they have the cheek to say that the have the competitive gamers are in mind then the add they same old features that broke Reach, but don’t worry “Changing” thats right changing into abosolute rubbish…
What utter nonsense.

You make a good point, but it still did have the word “Halo” in the title, and with that brings certain expectations.
I for one didn’t mind Reach, but i think bungie could have done better, i’ve even gone to the point of writing down certain things in reaches campaign that, if changed, would have made me love it more.

No Elite = Is it that big a deal, besides it’s like reach custom games only
No Firefight = Give Spartan Ops a chance you haven’t even seen what it has to offer
No 1-50 = rubbish ranking system, new one needed
No Equal Starts = You don’t get an Edge in Multiplayer for any reason
No Ranked Playist = OH MY GOD! MY RANK IS SO IMPORTANT! it’s a few pixilated numbers, play for fun
Bloom = wasn’t much of a problem for me in reach, and besides is it even that big a deal again
Perks = THEIR NOT CALL OF DUTY STYLE PERKS! and their not called perks
