I have noticed that quite a few threads have been shut down recently and I am wondering why that it is. There did not seem to be any violation of the rules and I did not see an explanation. Would you please help?
You should consult a monitor about this instead of starting a thread… starting a threads a good way to get banned.
Probably because they were duplicate threads or becoming non-constructive. As the post above states, you should PM a monitor about moderation before you make a whole thread about it.

How would I get banned? I am not slandering monitors, just asking a question. It seems like a thread would get a monitor’s attention since it is their job to patrol them.
And plus, you get banned for breaking the rules, I am not breaking any rules.

Yeah but at least we said our complaint in not a very critisim way.
I just read that thread. It is hilarious! I think NightHawk’s was my favorite.
