Why do you think it is that some people simply refuse to accept the changes?
I’ve noticed that most H4-Haters refuse to listen to anyone who disagrees with them.
Is it ignorance? Pride? What?
And if you are a H4-Hater, please do not be offended.
I simply want to know why it is you are so neglectant to the new changes.

Actually, it’s leniency.
H4-Huggers look at it from the optomistic approach.
I tell myself, “It’s not perfect, but nothing’s perfect. And I’d wrather play this than anything else, so why complain? In fact, I’m lucky there even is a Halo 4!”

Though this is true, this thread is about Halo, not our own terrible world.
What I want to know is: Why are Halo haters even here?
I am happy to be in that small (very small) minority who just thinks ‘meh’.
I have never loved or hated Halo. I enjoy it, but I also enjoy CoD, Battlefield, and Tribes. I a relatively god at all of them, so if after week I get bored with one, I move on to another. They all share my love equally 
Because alot of people are afraid of the changes.

People are afraid that 343i will do what Bungie did with Reach …
Don’t get me wrong there’s more then a few things about Halo 4 im not happy about or have many many questions to ask BUT IM GOING TO WAIT AND PLAY THE GAME BEFOR I SAY ANYTHING and as for 343i they helped with making Reach better and I cant imagine that 343i would put all the stuff they just fixed about Reach and put it in There First Halo game as a studio.
And if they do – well thats what Title Updates are made for Right
In the end only time will tell how it all plays out .

There is no reason for them to complain at the moment. It’s unnecessary to the Halo community that wants to give positive feedback about the game. It is reasonable to complain if there are many bad things with the game on release or after.
Honestly, its not even about halo 4. It could be anything. It could be reach, it could be halo 3, it could be halo 2, and it has been in that order. What important to them is that there is hate being put out there. The hate serves its own purpose and the hate is the means to its own end. Endless circular logic of hatred like some sick merry go round.

Thats what they do, tahts who they are, thats how they build their identity in a community. An attack on the hate is an attack on their very identity. Now you understand why they are so intractably obnoxious towards anyone not given to the blind hatred. Telling them they are ridiculous people peddling ridiculous hate is like telling them they dont exist.
The truth is, they dont. Because they are not real members of this community and they are not real fans of halo.

Because some believe these “changes” are turning Halo 4 into a so-called Halo: Reach 2.0.

Arguably they are as “real” fans of Halo as you can get, but that depends on whether you agree with them or not, and what you define as a “fan”.

Not really. Read the post. Theyre not even here for halo, theyre here to hate. The subject of the hate could be anything, and it does change frequently. If they wernt hating on halo, theyd be somewhere else hating on something else. Do you get it?
So no they are not real fans or members of this community, for this reason.
