Why are all the voices off?

In every cutscene the dialouge is out of synch. What gives? Even when chief smacked his helmet it was off :frowning:

If I remember right it was off in the original as well. The helmet smack, I mean.

With what they had to work with the resources for editing cutscenes were kind of limited. You can’t really ask for too much. :confused:
