Why are all the clans bad?

It seems like most of the clans currently recruiting are terrible. The recruiters half the time are low car and negative k/ds. Is it asking that much to want a clan of similarly skilled players? I’ve been playing since halo1, 1.5kd, currently a 41 but was a 49 on halo 3 and a 46 on my main. I’m an extremely competitive player and I’m looking to be recruited by like minded players. I would imagine there are plenty of clans for people with big egos.

Well most of the recruiters in clans and communities are those dedicated enough to sacrifice their personal time to share with randoms what community/ clan life is like for them, and introduce others to the people they have come to enjoy playing with. Recruiters are one of the most valuable assets in any successful organization. Just because a recruiters stats in the game are not 2.0, they constitute and represent the backbone of growing communities. Now our Pro Team members are another story… Every member has their part they are best suited for, on and off the virtual battlefield.

What’s with the big ego? You play competitive while others aspire to or play casual, why do you have to put others down in such a cheap way?
