Why am i Silver 6? Deranked?

Hi Spartans, after the 10 ranked qualification games i was in Silver 6 but after few games i managed to reach Gold 1, but now when i go to the ranked matchmaking the game says i’m still Silver 6!!

Even my HaloWaypoint profile page confirms i reached Gold 1, what happened? How can we fix this? Thank you!

In the SWAT playlist, after you reached Gold 1, your next game was a DNF. This means you either quit or disconnected from the game. A DNF in a ranked playlist usually will net you a full penalty of -30 CSR.

Also, your Waypoint profile only shows the highest rank you ever achieved on the H5 Service Record main page. It doesn’t show your current rank; for that, you need to click on “More Arena Stats” or go to the last ranked game you played in your game history.

You’ll just have to get the rank back by playing and winning.
