Hello! I were just watching all of my service records on my Halo games and my Halo reach service record said that i’ve never played the game when I actually have played it. My rank was hero and now it’s nothing!
Can someone please tell me why or help me???
I’m having the same problem. I’m a Brigadier and can’t see it. I believe that if you’ve changed your gamertag since the last time you played it doesn’t show you as having played it.
It will do that if you are having connection problems or, the servers are down.

This is true, but if you load the game up again and play some campaign or multiplayer on your new gamertag then it should sync up shortly afterwards. Just make sure to be connected to Xbox Live
