So i had recently completed the cario station achievement and hadn’t received the gen 1 scarred armor set. ~ sincerely your player JPD098
Give this a go:
> These steps should also work for Mark VI GEN1 and Mark VI GEN1 Scarred, which are also obtained by getting achievements in MCC.

> - Verify that you have received the appropriate achievement in MCC: “Legend” for Helioskrill, “Cairo Station” for Mark VI GEN1 Scarred, or “Your Journey Begins” for Mark VI GEN1. If the achievement isn’t there, check your MCC Service Record on Waypoint for any missing campaign missions. - If you have the achievement and still don’t have the armor, take the following steps:
> - Close Halo 5. - Open MCC and the Halo Channel app. - In MCC, change a customization item, such as an emblem, nameplate, multiplayer skin, etc. - Begin any campaign mission or play a round of multiplayer in MCC. This should ensure your game syncs with the Halo servers. - Go back to Halo 5, and check your REQ collection.If you have taken all these steps and your armor still didn’t unlock, feel free to make a post in the H5 Support Forum detailing the steps you’ve taken and any additional troubleshooting you’ve done.
