For the last week, all I have been receiving after I buy a Gold requisition pack is two seperate 3000 REQ points cards and then just random weapons and vehicles that are not that ultra rare or legendary. I have about 4-6 helmets left including the helioskrill (spell check) and the same amount of Armor and it will not give it to me!!!
DOES ANYONE ELSE HAVE THIS ISSUE?
I used to just buy golds, best off starting ar bronze after getting the certs for all common, then move too silver then gold
Try to purchase a sliver then a gold and/or make sure your game is updated
Gold packs will unlock permanent Rares and higher for you. Silver will get anything rare and lower.
So congratulations! You’ve unlocked all the higher requisitions! Now all you’ve got left to do is unlock some silvers and bronze packs.
That’s what I had to do, too. So I know what you’re going through.
My suggestion would be to gather up 10,000, open a gold for some good cards, then use your free 6,000 to open up a silver pack.

Seems broken, another bug ?
As said before, have you tried to purchase a silver pack ?
