I have just finished my 4th specialization, and am not able to start a new one. Is this a result that specializations will be unlocked 2 at a time over a period of months. So the unlock schedule puts a stop to my specialization progress.
Yes that’s exactly it, two will be unlocked starting January 21st

That doesn’t make sense. If you didn’t use the Specialization code, you would be stuck at SR70. However, seeing as you are at SR90, it would seem that you did use the code to unlock them, so you should be able to advance to SR130 without a problem…
