Yeah, that was my favorite.
Idk maybe the Brute Plasma rifle is a small hint that 343 has future plans for the Brutes in future Halo games. Besides; its nice to see the plasma rifle back. I’m still happy they added it.

I’m glad to see the classic Plasma Rifle back and all, but… why not the Grenade Launcher?
maybe we can dual wield with that and an SMG lol
It’s more powerful so it could’ve been added in to compete with the storm rifle. Also it’d be easier to identify in battle.
FYI the DLC update names aren’t 100% related to the contents.
The stupid light and shadows one only had one ninja set of armor in it, they’re just trying to come up with fun names it doesn’t actually mean that everything contained in them is going to be exclusively related to it.

Technically, it had Big Team Battle, the ninja-themed Shadow armor, and the new Light rifle REQs.
But true, not everything in it is themed after that.

Not very small; 2-3 new brute-themed Halo Megabloks sets(including a complete revision of their armor and articulation for brute figures), the BoomCo Spiker, the Brute Plasma Rifle, and the Halo Wars 2 brutes.
