The second one would be a number that would automatically change based off the number if players in your Fireteam. This way, solo players would match other solo players and teams would match teams.
Now, the teams that like to end games quickly aren’t gonna like going against another team everytime, so I would make the system match a mean every 2 dozen games or so. Visa versa for solo players.
Also, I’m not saying 343 is bad or anything like that. As a person, they’re all awesome and are really fun to play with. I’m talking from a professional stand point. As a major company, I’d expect more.
Also, one thing I’ve noticed is that people who complain about farming or GAMES BEING FINISHED TOO QUICKLY aren’t even at level 100 yet. These people need to do one simple thing to make their life easier. JOIN A SPARTAN COMPANY. THAT IS WHAT THEY ARE FOR.

It may sound like a good idea in theory to restrict matchmaking based on party size, but it might not go as smoothly as you think. If party size becomes prioritized over everything else, it could end up adversely affecting matchmaking times. And what qualifies as a team? I think that a team of twelve versus 6 teams of 2 would go just about as bad as 12 vs 1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1+1.
If 343i made every playlist prioritize party size over everything else, I think it would end badly. You really think 343i hasn’t considered the prospect of party size being the priority? Maybe the behind-the-scenes data tells them that wouldn’t work. I think party size is already a factor in the matchmaking, but less prioritized than connection strength, ping, and skill.

I learned what bosses spawned and when they spawned back when they were set and not random back in November 2015. I barely play with friends and when I do it’s usually with two or three friends. You really don’t need to play all that long to learn everything.
How can these things not be done with a team of 6 still? I won’t really be affected by this too much since I haven’t played too much Warzone until recently, and even then I can’t even count on one hand the number of times I was put up against a full team. Yeah maybe a few teaming up here and there, but not a whole team of 12.
Either way, the hardcore players will figure out a way. You can always hope it doesn’t stay permanent.
I may be considered a “hardcore” warzone player since that is nearly all I play (or played, I just returned a week ago), but I mostly play alone or with 1-2 others, so this test change doesn’t really affect my fireteams. Thus I don’t really mind it

A team of 6 will be amazing but 6 randoms only anchor the team’s objective. This game is a perfect example. I was playing with the 2 guys below me on the board. All of our randoms had under 15 kills except for one, but all MWR members go ham.
It baffles me that there is now no place for teams of 12 to play. I understand that people were upset about being farmed, I bet it was frustrating. But now the good players, that happen to have friends, have to NOT play with the friends they want to play with. We’re now FORCED to have randoms on our influence the outcome of our games.
I mean random as in (not in my party), not (lesser skilled), although sometimes they do happen to coincide. I’m not trying to insult anyone.

its not a hardcore mode, its a social mode, just saying.
I dont disagree with your advice but dont assume that hasn’t been considered.

That is quite arbitrary…
And this is temporary, the problem will be harder to play with bigger groups in the mean time. I wonder how long it is going to be. And you say stuff like, I’m smarter than them! But there’s behind the scene things that happen… So uh… maybe not.

this ^ honestly i respect every team that takes the effort to core us fast. it shows that they play fair and true to the objective, seeking only to win rather than mess around in a most sadistic fashion with the enemy team. there has to be a better way to tackle the warzone problem than reducing fireteam size.
lets hope that this is a short term thing just to get some data for the dev teams. this is the one single negative aspect of an otherwise amazing content update

Yeah, I hear where you are coming from, but to immediately say that you are smarter than the devs doesn’t really help your argument. It just kind of make you look like an -Yoink-. They are clearly trying to eliminate the farming issue. Even though I didn’t think it was that much of an issue they must have the data to confirm that it is.
Keep on playing and give your feedback, but keep doing it in a respectful manner. It always helps to be heard rather than shut down.
