I haven’t been able to play for about 3 weeks, when I press start at the beginning, a noise sounds and the game closes.
In bungie times this was unthinkable.
3 weeks?! Whaaat I thought this was a recent bug!

Maybe if we get enough replies in a forums post 343 will jump on this and fix it.
some have had this bug since 2019. so don’t be surprised.
Honestly, 343 doesn’t care about the community or the game for that matter. If they did they wouldn’t have given us a game this broken, Halo CE is a complete downgrade from the Original Xbox version and it’s unbelievable that after 6 years of the game being released it still has breaking bugs (that is, if you can even start it), some times weapons and vehicles get stuck in a weird animation where you can’t pick them up, textures suddenly disappear, the AI stops working, sound stops working, in multiplayer shots are not registered properly, the game start matches where there is no one, etc. I can’t play either and they’re not replying to the players about what’s happening, how to fix it or even if they’re doing something about it. I have tried reinstalling the game, updating, deleting the save files, starting offline. Nothing work

- Sign in to the profile that is affected by this issue - Navigate to the console’s settings menu - Navigate to the tab labeled “Ease of Access” - Open the “Game Transcription” menu - If either of the following settings are enabled, please disable them: “Speech-to-text on” and “Text-to-speech on” - Additionally, you may want to try adjusting the following settings: changing the selected “Text-to-speech” voice and disabling “Let games read to me” - Please relaunch the Master Chief Collection and attempt to sign-in again.I’m in Brazil region, and this Game Transcription did not appear in Ease of Acess menu, so i put my console in UNITED STATES region, restarted, so i found the Game Transcription section. I do not use any accessibility option, but just in case i check and uncheck the options they mentioned and change (this is most important) the voice of the narrator, it was Mark, i change to David (you must select and press “A” to change). Just go back with “B” and open the MCC. Work like a charm. Remember, you need to do this in each account you have this bug. I did in both mine and my wifi account, i’m so happy right now! Hope this help you guys too.
