Is anyone else having trouble with the ‘Whose World?’ Emblem I have it according to Twitch but when I look in my emblems I can not find it

I had that issue with the Got Milked Emblem, took 3 weeks for it to unlock, but weirdly enough I never had that issue for the Whose World Emblem when it first came out as a drop
i have it, but it is not as a weapon or vehicle emblem, only as nameplate, indeed that got milked we were waiting almost a month for it, i had the idea that drops that are brand new are claimed instant but drops that were given earlier before were a sort of broken because someone had to manually activate them again to give it to new people who claimed it, people were also having issues with a victory shout pose in may and it took around two weeks, got milked almost a month, but they were everytime given it just exact before new twitch drops came
I’m still missing this emblem. It’s in my redemption history too.
