Who is to blame for this serious multilayer issue? 343 Industries or Creative Assembly?

I just want to know who I should be bashing in the future.

Can you elaborate on what the issue is, first?

Game crashes, crash. Stuttering / lags in multiplayer. Not working mouse on minimap.
Pity about the game. You can only refund money.

Yes. I want to know who is responsible for the (these bugs exist on PC and XBOX, I have personally been affected by)

  1. Frames per second BUG in all muliplayer games.
  2. Lost Connection to server error in all muliplayer games.
  3. Some people cant even get into the game, It just shows a blank screen or crashes out. (this is a new bug I’m experiencing after installing the update)
  4. There are many more bugs, less seriousness but they exist.

Who do I blame for this mess?
