I tried a topic like this yesterday. Since then it has gotten less attention that yours has in its brief lifespan. Here’s my character.

Additional Armour Details*: the ‘eyes’ of Revel’s helmet are outfitted with enhanced optics, allowing him greater vision at night and better ‘binoculars’.

Preferred Loadout: DMR, Storm Rifle; when possible, Railgun, SAW, and Binary Rifle
Preferred Armour Ability: Thruster Pack; Promethean Vision
Description: Revel’s military career began in the final stage of the Human-Covenant war. Miraculously managing to rack up an alien body count and live to tell the tale on five different assignments, his service as a standard marine culminated in deployment on the Ark, where he was privilaged enough to both see and then fight alongside the Master Chief himself, as well as the Arbiter and the other Sangheili that had defected to join the humans. The battle was furious -the permanent radiation burn on his cheek is sign enough of how close he came to death- but Revel’s squad was evacuated as the Flood became a deadly presence aboard the Ark. Years later, he signed on to the Spartan IV program in hopes of perhaps carrying on the legacy of the supposedly dead Master Chief. Revel himself is of Dutch descent and is both serious and comedic when the situation arises. He leads a small squad of soldiers meticulously but doesn’t seem himself fit for anything great–possibly due to rumors of his insanity.

Discrption:
Born on Mars, Parents killed in a local Insurrectionist uprising (his parents were innocent bystanders)
Conscripted into the Spartan-III program, and showed signs of skilled Melee combat, especially with a combat knife
he also showed high skill in operating any vehicle that was given to him
he survived reach by escaping on a hi-jacked Covanant Corvette

after Reach, he decided he wanted a break from shooting things
and believe it or not, he resigned from being a spartan being one of the very few to do so. But after a while, he realized that he needed to get his hands on military grade tech, to he went into the Navy, and quickly rose to be able to command his Own UNSC Frigate, the UNSC “Decimatior”
in a heated Covanant Battle, his Ship was critically damaged in battle, but he managed to get his ship docked onto an Orbital MAC cannon, and got his crew (and himself) off of the ship
After being Rewarded for numerous medals for the heroism of his commanding, and his crew, he was asked to Get back on the field as a new Spartan-IV, and being slighlty bored with commanding a ship, he acepted the offer (the UNSC “Decimation” now lays in command of one of his former childhood freinds, who didn’t make out to be a Spartan)
and so continues his journey…

Description: Not known for a heavy kill count, but exceptionally well at mapping out enemy encampments, positions and creating flawless strategies while in the field. Able to go deep into enemy territory for very long ops with very little contact, but somehow makes it out every time. Admits that: “he hopes his luck does not run out any time soon”. Sidenote: however every Spartan usually uses armor for ops, he is able to blend in to civilian areas when scouting insurrectionists.
