Emile. Something about his helmet, the kukri knife, his banter, made him seem like one of the more dangerous members of Noble, Six notwithstanding at he time of introduction.
You spelled Jorge wrong. 
My favorite was him, because of his selfless sacrifice and beast character. My second would be Jun, because he’s the sniper of the group, and that’s normally me.
I liked the original Noble six. Sacrificed himself for the greater good.

I’d say for myself it is a three way tie, there’s Jorge because lets face it, he is the only Spartan II on the team, plus i mean he is a giant compared to even other Spartan IIs and carries a turret. Then it’s Six because well that’s me lol. Finally Emile, because anyone who carries a blade that size and knows how to effectively dispatch enemies with it is ok in my book, and to top that off his last line of dialogue in Reach is clearly one of the most badass things ive ever heard, " I’m Ready, how about you?" gives me chills everytime.

Definitely Jorge because of his sacrifice while aboard the ship and he is the only spartan II. He was also pretty badass with his turret. (Fun fact, Jorge is actually only two days older than the master chief)

Emile, Jun and Carter, when I play Reach 10 years old I dislike Jorge and Kat.
Noble Six will always be my favorite! 
I believe that each of the noble team members has something to add to the team, holland said that " Carter may be the boss, but Jorge is a living breathing death threat. Nobody messes with Jorge." The big guy was by far the most rock solid member of the team. Especially when you see how he interacts with Sorvad’s daughter. He is likely the most caring of all of noble. He is empathetic with civvies which is unusual with spartans. Then there is Emile who is by far the most fierce of all of Noble Team. Jun is a shell shock addled asniper who is quoted as saying " I kill the enemy but I do not hate them." An abundance can be said for someone with symptoms of PTSD who talk like that. He is a rationalist and a spartan. Kat is the intellectual superior of all of Noble when it comes to tech. Carter is a great strategist, tactician, and leader. Individually they are all superior, together they gave humanity the best possible fighting chance it had against the covenant sans Master Chief.
