In the halo 5 experience trailers we see a Promethean who is different, he seems to be the leader and he’s talking to blue team. Sorry if this has been discussed before and I missed it or if we’ve been told. Is this the new antagonist, or have we seen him before.

and apparently he’s huge… I know chief is like 8 feet or something like that but the warden eternal has to be twice that size. I didn’t know that until those video clips.
Warden Eternal and I have no idea but somehow he reminds me of the Didact…what if it him in disguise? Trying to trick Chief?

That’s what I thought when I first saw him, like maybe it was the didact after being composed.

Chief is 7’2" in armor. Either way, the Warden is pretty huge.

The Didact is 11’4 and yet the Warden Eternal seems to be even larger than that. In that small clip it looked like he towered over Chief even more so than Didact did in Halo 4.
Any theories on if the warden is one of the old forrunner characters from the books? Or could he be a forrunner from the precursor war resolving in him guarding the mantle?

havnt heard or seen the warden eternal in anything but H5. Not even a reference.
I just hope the Warden Eternal is a new character and not a returning composed character from the books.
Hes the guardian of the domain and all her secrets.

That would be a major plot twist, though it could explain why he seems to be associated with the Guardian Constructs. The Builders seemed to be good at keeping secrets, could explain why nothing references the Guardians in the Forerunner lore. Not to mention, they never found the body.
I’m quite curious to hear what his story is… I wonder if he’s one of the “abominations” that resulted from trying to convert a Forerunner back into a body after composure.
He’s the gate keeper of the domain which is the bank of knowledge of the precursors. His name is warden eternal

Oh yeah, he looks like he’s easily double the Chief’s height.
