It’s pretty crazy how nowadays everyone must get a game the day it comes out at midnight. How many of you, like myself, will not buy it right away?
Tbh, Dishonored, NBA 2k13, and Black Ops 2 are my main games of this fall. I’m planning on getting H4 around December/ January/ February. H4 will be a campaign only game for me. maybe Spartan Ops. The MP does look nice, but I have a HUGE feeling it might be a disappointment. People say it’s gonna be great, but then look at Reach. 900k players a day to 30k players a day.
Who else is waiting until later, or Christmas, or a price drop?

Depends if the store on base has it in stock on release day or not. If they do, then yes. If not, I have to wait.

Yea im going to be in line waiting for the second Halo 4 comes out. I don’t know about you, but I’ve been waiting for this game since Halo 3…so 5 years or so? I don’t want to have to wait an extra second.
First of all, Halo Reach still has several hundred thousand players a day, averaging at around 100k on at a time, so your calculation of 30k players a day is a bit off.
But to answer your question, I for one am getting the game on the first day. Why? I have been waiting for this game since the day I beat Halo 3, five years ago. The story is going to be great, and I’m loving the look of Spartan Ops and multiplayer.

By taking that one game, you’ve affected the entire course of history. You should have taken the game, went back in time to right before you took the game, and kill the you that takes the game before he takes the game, then travel back to here and now.

I’ll find the time at some point in the future but it WILL be mine.
Ive never been able to attend a midnight release yet but I will be doing that for halo 4.
It’s going to plop on my doorstop sometime in the afternoon/evening of launch day for me.
I pre-ordered Halo 4 from GAME a few days ago.
Now i just need to wait until the midnight launch

i doubt the price will drop by the time its christmas usually prices drop 6-7+ months after release

I’m getting Halo 4 on release date as its the only video game I play. I don’t have time for any other games, since they don’t dominate my life.
