Who wrote the Prologue/Epilogue?

Does anyone who wrote the Prologue and Epilogue to Halo 2 Anniversary. If it was Brian Reed, it does give me some hope that he might do a good job.

I thought it was fairly cheesy to be honest. The voice acting of Locke and the Arbiter… bleh.

Well the writer and director aren’t necessarily one and the same. Also, there are many plays that are horribly cheesy when directed poorly or acted poorly. Personally, Locke did bother me in those scenes but someone thought it may be that he’s trying to be a hard -Yoink- in front of the elites and the Arbiter, which seems possible. His voice acting was pretty good for the terminals at least.
