What are some non-augmented characters in Halo that you’d like to see or would’ve liked to see become Spartans?
I think Miranda Keyes would’ve been an amazing Spartan with her tendency to not only take lead but get up close and personal with business.
I forgot his name, but the marine that almost made it to the end of the Library. I think that if he was able to get that far without mjolnir armor or augmentations, he would’ve been an amazing Spartan.

He would’ve been the strongest spartan for sure, considering his non-augmented abilities nearly rivaled that of an experienced Spartan II. To my knowledge, he’s the only person the Master Chief directly called a Badass. I believe his name was Mobuto
I’m really not a fan of the Spartan IV program, but I would go with Veta Lopis.
Even though Johnson was a “Spartan-I”, I would have loved to see him become a Spartan-IV.

Had he have lived I bet the Rookie would’ve become a Spartan like the rest of Alpha-Nine. But for current living characters I’m gonna go with Sgt. Stacker

He was Sgt Marvin Moburto. Nice that he died otherwise he would have activated the array.
I think Chips Dibbo and Sgt. Stacker should become Spartans
