Ideas for a cast for a live action movie Chief Johnson cortona etc…
He would have an actor in a physical suit but he would still be concealed so he could still have the same voice actor.
Clint Eastwood
Chief just needs to be someone big, as Steve Downes would have to be the voice. Do it like James Earl Jones for Vader. Cortana doesn’t really need to be an actress either, just a digital model and voice of Jen Taylor would work fine.
I’d be in favor of Denzel for Sgt. Johnson.
George Clooney for Captain Keyes.
Sandra Bullock would’ve made a dynamite Miranda Keyes 15 years ago. I think Emilia Clarke could pull it off now, but that’s the toughest one to cast IMO.
Obviously Ron Perlman for Lord Hood.
Black Arnold Schwarzenegger for Johnson.

Agreed. If Palmer is in a Halo movie she must be killed in the first 5 minutes. Still don’t like her just for the “thought you’d be taller” comment to chief. Just who the hell are you lady.

Thats down to 343’s bad writing. i think Palmer has potential to be a great character.

Well, Bungie said that Johnson was based of off Sgt. Apone from Aliens. But Al Matthews would be 74 this year. He kind of went missing between 1998 and 2011, but he looks to have resurfaced in recent years.

I think that Cranston sounds kinda like Chief. When I was playing Halo 4, at times I was thinking that if Steve quit being the Chief, Cranston could step in because they sound quite similar.
