Older thread for those wanting to see more answers. It is a bit old and I am unsure of whether the mods would accept its revival. So, do what you will.

If we have Wheatley, we have to include GlaDos.

Also, I am willing for 343 to trade the Halo 1 magnum to Bungie to make an exotic in Destiny in exchange for the ghost’s voice actor.

I would not include Cayde-6 though only because he is also Buck in Halo. So, getting his voice would not be hard. Maybe getting it in Cayde-6 style (more robotic than human) but the voice actor is the same for both.
