Master chief obviously, not sure why anyone would say Tex unless they basing chief off game mechanics. Agent Tex isn’t bulletproof like chief and easily lack durability compared to chief. She’s going to have a lot of difficulties getting past his armor. Her armor doesn’t offer shields like chief. Chief also has better armor and tech considering agent tex is using tech from halo 3 timeline while chief is using more advance tech as well as weapons in future halo games. She’s practically using outdated UNSC tech while chief using more advance. Going back to armor, chief has thrusters abilities as well armor abilities which are more versatile than halo 3 equipment. If I’m correct her abilities are camo and enhanced strength due to omega. Chief’s motion tracker allows him to see invisible enemies and I still see chief being stronger physically. Chief is also more skilled and experience than tex. While she fights against insurrectionist, chief fights them too with the addition of the covenant and etc.
Chief, for Chief has something that no other spartan has.

His tech is better. He has shields, superior armor and enchancements.
And, which is probably the most important factor, Tex always fails.
I’d like to say Tex but Chief has luck and Tex is always going to fail so in the end Chief would win despite Tex seeming near impossible to beat in hand to hand combat
Tex was based off of a failure, so that’s what she is destined to do, that on top of cheifs luck, cheif would win. Don’t get me wrong, I love allision, but John win ni matter what.

Maybe cut Chiefs age down from his 60’s to 20-30’s maybe he can go head to head in actual combat. BUT as it is Master Chief will win purely because he has the power of Luck. Tex will slip on a banana or something.
As much as I like Tex, I think the Chief would wipe the floor with her.
I’d say skillwise Agent Texas would win!
But “luck”-wise John 117 would win.
So it’s technically unfair either side, but I’d hope Agent Texas would win.

Right, lets see…you have a partially unstable AI fragment that thinks its a human, put inside a suit of armor that may or may not be partially related to MJLONIR, which lacks shields, and is obviously made of different materials than MJLONIR. Said fragment has also apparently noted to “fail” at everything it attempts. Somehow.

TBH though, we’re asking the wrong question. Tex seems to be more of a close-in melee brawler.
Why’s she fighting Chief, the S-IIs field commander? She should be brawling Samuel-034, the strongest of them all, or Fredrick-104, their CQB master.
