A Spartan IV or a Tenno from Warframe? Both have super high-tech armor with shields and are ultra mobile. Let’s say they both have their default weapons (AR, Pistol, and grenades for Spartan, Braton, Lato, and Skana for Tenno.)

This is a Tenno, if you don’t know.

Well the manoeuvrability looks really slow, I think even a Gears of War character could beat them never mind a Spartan
