Honestly, the Arbiter missions in Halo 2 were harder than Cortana. He’s still a lot older than Chief and he’s a lot more experienced. That’s why I think he’d win. Oh and he’s like Captain Keys when it comes to intelligence. Master Chief is good, but I doubt he’s that smart

Master Chief was chosen to be a Spartan partly because of his intelligence.

Well it depends on the situation, both are pretty smart soldiers respectively. I think it just comes down to the situation they are in.
