I for one love sci fi shooters, hence why I play and enjoy the halo franchise. I love the weapons in this game and then I was thinking, since they’ve done pretty well with weapons balance wise (boltshot maybe not though) why couldn’t they come up with more weapons? they could easily be like different skins/hybrids of the dmr/br/lr, or ar/suppressor. they could have similar kill times, and could either be brought in through spartan ops story wise, like UNSC/alien hybrid weapons. really, the possibilities are endless in sci fi stories.
and some past vehicles, even some new ones would be sweet.
now overall, if none of that made sense, basically what im trying to say here, is id love to see more sci fi weaponry, and weapons! (many mentioned that so I had to add because I definitely agree) maybe I could’ve kept this short to begin with?
If it’s DLC, it wouldn’t be free. No matter how much you want it. But some originality in weapons could be better. The new forerunner guns feel more like current weapons just re-skinned.

In Halo 3, there was a free DLC map called “Cold Storage”.
It’d be awesome to see free weapon DLC or free map DLC.
The outcry would be ear shattering. I’m all for Free to Play models but with Halo and this community if one of those weapons was greater than the BR, oh mama.

This. We have enough weapons, but we definitely need more vehicle.
in terms of power weapons, there is MORE than enough for a halo game, go elsewhere if you want more of that stuff it isnt halo, if you mean another loadout weapon i think before you introduce new weapons you need to balance the weapon system in the game, currently everybody starts with different weapons which creates a more random and unfair arena, same weapon starts make it down to the player and not the weapon, then you need to get rid of the weapon that hurt the gameplay, id say rougly 99 percent of ppl who play halo 4 dnt kno how the DMR affects the gameplay

I dont think its that bad imo, there’s still the incentive for headshots with the primary ranged weapons, but they could definitely adjust some things though so I do agree on some of what you said. ive seen worse in other multiplayer games so to me halo is still fresh air from BS things like in call of duty these days. id say maybe grenade spam and boltshot needs adjusting.

Bomb (You press trigger to plant and when person is near buy, you press the trigger, not timed)
Promethean Sword: Enemies are struck on fire while being sliced.

Bike(Mongoose on 2 wheels)
Dirt-board(I Could see them using such a thing)
Pelican
Phantom
Covenant Corvete
Pillar of Autumn
Longsword (the spaceship you launch out into space in halo reach.)

There has been some hidden weapons found in Halo 4. Check out Halo4Follower’s channel to see them. My guess is that they never made the final cut but were not removed completely either.

man I hope they do this, I love this game and my only complaint would be not enough vehicles and weapons. lol I dont care if some new alien gun is basically a DMR or BR with different look, gun sound, and firing animation, I just love my sci fi sh*t man!
