Nothing else would really make sense . . . especially in the beginning of the game since the Master Chief is supposed to be alone.

Your thread’s title should be “Who will player 2, 3 and 4 PLAY AS in Co-op?” and not the other way around.
I’m PRETTY POSITIVE that Master Chief doesn’t play as me (player 1) in Campaign.

I wouldnt mind Halo Reach style where the other use their Spartan IV and p1 uses Master chief
Maybe Spartan IVs after Chief visits infinity, but wouldn’t work for beginning…or maybe allied elites? No clue though…

i dont know how they will do this but like in h4 you played as arby and his 2 lieutenants, but that only worked because arby was right there at the first cut scene so i do not know how they will do this. i has to have some local reason for the other 3 characters to be on the ship with MC
Maybe they will be the Master Chief clones in the first couple of levels, then later maybe they become some Marines or Spartan IV’s or maybe some ODST’s that could have dropped onto requiem.
you have the right idea. like in halo 3 odst they swapped missions as the other odst. so, in a local sense as the game goes on you can latter become a spartan iv,if your not MC, and or a marine

One cool way they could do it is have YOU appear as MC no matter what, but all 3 other players appear as their Spartan IVs from MM.
