I was thinking for the first mission of halo 4’s campaign, how co - op would work.
Like if it was set characters like how they did in halo 3 with arbiter.
Or make every one the chief like in halo CE/Halo 2.
Or make the other characters your own spartan and let the party leader be MC.
So what do you think 343i will do for co-op?

It was on one of the last Halo Bulletins. Actually it was about a month ago and someone asked that same question and Frankie said everyone is Master Chief

At least they should have just made you your own spartan Insted that would kinda make more since and be cooler in a way
They already said back in March/April that everyone will be Master Chief.

No it makes no sense to let the other players be spartan-III’s, because MC will be alone without the UNSC support for quite a long time in the campaign(beginning missions).

I like the idea of two master chief twins, but 4 masterchief is a little bit ackward, and even more if everybody has hologram lol imagine 8 masterchiefs!

We played a Master Chief in Halo and Halo 2 and it was still an awesome co-op experience, so I don’t mind it. Co-op in Halo is all about the fun.
But I’m crossing my fingers for Fred, Linda and Kelly in Halo 5

we cant be our own spartan because the chief dosnt even know spartan 4’s exitst until probably half way through the campaign, also the chief will be alone for while he wouldnt have made any contact with the UNSC itself until like half way through, it just wouldnt make sense story wise, also it lets the co-op players play as master chief as well.

thats all they could do, since he hasnt been in contact with the unsc, so every one playing as the chief is the only option also to let every one play as him too.

No Way, wow I really like how they’re bringing back old-school halo. I can see your point just fine, but I like running around as a master chief clone myself.
