I think it would be nice to see bloodgultch or ragnarok return in Halo 5 what do you guys think?
The map has been remade to death.
Let the map designers think of something.
As cool as that would be I think I would rather have a different map then a remaster.

I absolutely detest Blood Gulch. It was fun back in the day, but now it’s nothing but a linear map with abusing snipers. I hope they go and make another map with their time. Something we haven’t seen. We don’t always need maps from previous Halos.

Lol, it had nothing to do with the Camo loadout… it’s just too linear for me to enjoy. I want something new, something fresh. Something that we haven’t seen in almost every game so far.

No. It’s been remade 3 times and had a spiritual successor with Valhalla. Blood Gulch does not need to be in Halo 5, no matter how iconic it is to the franchise. Let 343’s map designers make new maps instead of using old maps.

That’s it. It is time to make a bloodgulch remake or I boycott thread.
IF they bring it to Halo 5 it will probably be revamped not just graphically but theyll change alot of key elements to it also like adding another cave system or a underground passage or even sky passage made from forerunner technology who knows.
I am so sick of Blood Gulch. There are so many other BTB maps that have deserved remakes for years, yet Blood Gulch always gets at least a spiritual successor.
Someone will forge it, no doubt.
I think I’ve enjoyed Hemorhage the most out of them all, because it breaks up sight lines better than any Coag or Bloodgulch. There were rocks, and hills in the right places. Still, I wouldn’t mind if they don’t remake one, because it has been crammed down our throats enough.
There’s never been a Halo game that hasn’t had a Blood Gulch rendition. It’s always a good idea to include a remake of at least 1 successful classic map in any new title because it’s tried-and-true and is a map that players can fall back on in MM if 343i screws up and gives us no better alternatives (see: Halo 4 and Ragnarok).

Ragnarok and Valhalla are the best! They need to make a remake for that in H5. Maybe in a DLC. But what would they call it? I assume another meaning in Norse mythology

more than 3 remakes surely? Are you counting all the small changes e.g. Battle creek and beaver creek or solid copies? Also he spelt blood gulch wrong…
when I used battle creek as an example i am not saying that battle creek is blood gulch… I’m not that mentally challenged

thats true. All the inspirations for Blood Gulch. Plus, Valhalla is more than just a spiritual successor since it gots it’s very own remake in H4. I hope we see a Ragnarok remake in H5. Though I don’t know what they would call it. There’s no other meanings left in the Norse mythology lol
No to Blood Gulch. It’s an awful map that inevitably ends in either gridlock or spawn trapping.
