Who wants a Halo 3 classic playlist?

You know find a weapon and pick it up. No ordinace drops, no loadouts, no AAs, no tech in general. Keeping sprint would be ok by me though. Anyone else interested in this? Or what would be your prefrences?

I would very much appreciate and enjoy the option to play Halo when I play Halo 4. Whatever Halo 4 is supposed to be…It ain’t what I intended to spend $65 on…That’s for damn sure. I’m done playing this game until it’s back to the Halo 2/3 style. People who knock this can go -Yoink- themselves. I’m not resisting change. I am boycotting mutation. If it doesn’t mutate back into it’s original mold, I’d prefer to at least be putting my time and money into playing a title that doesn’t seem to be on the verge of a self-identity crisis. If I needed variety I’d seek out an additional -Yoinking!- game to play on the rare occasion when I’d get bored with Halo (1-3), 343, you stupid -Yoinks!-. Battlefield and CoD might not have invented the things they implement into their games, but they do the one thing that will retain their fans for many many years…the one thing that would be so easy for 343i to have done with H4…stick extremely -Yoinking!- close to the basic mainframe of what makes your game immediately familiar to your existing fan base as soon as they pick up their -Yoink- controller and hop into a match. If you can do that, I don’t give a -Yoink- what you do.

I’ll be on Halo 3 as long as I can find matches. After this…I hope to find big changes to have been made to this fizzling pice of garbage. I’d prefer not to have to SETTLE for CoD.

Why Halo 3? I would rather have a playlist that combined the best maps from the first 3 games.

That’s fine, I don’t mind 4 as is and will adapt as needed. But I would like to see an alternative and see how the population goes along with it. Honestly I think the biggest problem with the franchise isn’t change, it fresh material. Halo 3 came out in 07 and it took Bungie/MS/343 3 years to put out another multiplayer. Not to mention it took Bungie 2 years to put out 3 map packs. Point is new things keep people interested, dragging things out does not.

Hm how about a playlist with no od’s or instant spawn. Random drops are fine with me. Map flow will be retained but also bring a sense of map control. You still have the ability to get to the power weapons while 2 or 3 teammates hold the power location. If your not on top of your game. You lose the power weapon and maybe the control. Loadouts can stay. Just thought of something. Map control would be terrible because of boltshot camping in the power locations. I like map flow more. Always moving through a map. If anything halo 4 has very fluid gameplay. As long as your lag free anyways. Eh I ramble

I wouldn’t mind it. For the most part I do like Halo 4’s core gameplay, but a little old school action wouldn’t hurt.

A Traditional playlist would be good.
