So I’ve got a small YouTube channel (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC4pRBKe_PPZO6eaEQhCHkhg) where I’ve started uploading Halo videos. Usually, I just monetize all of my videos, but when I uploaded Halo, I ran into a Copyright claim for the music. I did some digging and found the Game Content Usage rules for Halo, which state that you need written permission to monetize youtube videos, so my question is where/who do I contact to ask permission to be able to monetize videos on Youtube?
