'Who Needs Them' and 'Flipyap'

So, I did both of these today;

Completed the Ark, on legendary, without entering a vehicle.
Listened to a grunt talk about flipyap on the Covenant, on normal.

Neither unlocked.

Please fix it, I only have 23 achievements left and I don’t want to get down to 2 left and not be able to unlock them.

Okay I should post something more constructive.

Any ideas if this is still bugged? I see one person did get Who Needs Them but they could have done it by reinstalling the game and playing offline.
It does seem however that flipyap isn’t bugged. People have still been getting that one.

FYI but bumps are not allowed.
